2. What is included in the cost of the rental?

Everything is included: the cost of the electricity, gas and laundry, cleaning at the beginning and at the end of your journey.

3. Where do I find the apartment's keys?

It is requested to communicate two days in advance to the agency your arrival schedule to facilitate the reception to your rented apartment

4. How can I know the characteristics of each apartment?

The illustrative files and the pictures on the site will guide you in the search of the apartment that you like the most.

5. At what time it is possible to check-in and check-out?

The check-in is possible from 2.00 to 9.00pm while the checkout is between 10.00 and 11.30 am
If you have different needs from the timing indicated above, please communicate them in advance at our staff.

6. What is not included in the cost of the rental?

The services not included are the following: pick-up, baby sitting, Special Package for kids, Expressly cooked for you dinner, Wine testing, Rent a Scooter.
For reservation longer than 12 days the pick-up service is offered for free.

7. How can I book the additional services?

It is suggested to book the services you desire when you confirm your reservation of the apartment. Otherwise, please click on the proper links in the home page

8. How can I pay the deposit?

The types of payments accepted are: pay-pal, bank transfer and postal merit.

9. How can I pay the total amount?

The total amount must be paid in cash at the time of the check-in.

10. How and when should I pay the cautionary deposit?

The cautionary deposit for possible damages at the apartment varies based on the selected apartment. It can go from a minimum of € 150,00 to a maximum of € 250,00 and it has to be paid at the time of the check-in. The cautionary deposit will be reimbursed for the total amount at the checkout if no damages occurred in the apartment.
